I do want to help out the new people joining the best I can and get rid of the players who do rdm and abuses, it does seem to be a lot of those kinds of people on when admins or moderators are not online on the server and not reachable on discord, I also got common sense and I do have rather high tolerance.   [b][color=#c0392b] Why should we choose you instead of others applicants?(Minimum 25 words):[/color] I have played on a lot of servers and I've gotten to know a lot of staff people which has taught me rules and how to handle some situations, i have also got good and common sense, i also am very active in-game and i will probably continue to be active on the server. [color=#2980b9] RDA:[/color] Arresting someone without a reason [color=#2980b9] NLR: [/color]Returning to your death position within the rules set time (3 minutes, or until raid is over) [color=#2980b9]NitRP:[/color] Someone joins the server and has no intention of roleplay. Example; player joins, switches to gundealer and self supplies (also FailRP) then runs around harrassing and has no intent to roleplay. [color=#2980b9]FailRP:[/color] FailRP is the act of failing to stick to your in-game roleplaying job/character. [color=#2980b9]Harassment:[/color] when someone gets overly vulgar and begins swearing and or telling you to kill yourself. [color=#e74c3c][size=150]Scenarios[/size][/color] [color=#c0392b]BOB claims that JERRY RDMed him when BOB was inside JERRY'S house and JERRY agrees to the information BOB provided but denies any RDM alligations. What do you do?:[/color] ask Jerry if Bob was invited to the house. if NO, then it wasnt RDM, then Jerry was defending property. if YES, if he was invited, then what was the reason to kill him, was he harrassing?, did Jerry ask bob to leave? did he advert warn to leave? if they keep arguing against each other check logs and use your own common sense depending on outcome i act accordingly to the server rules.  [color=#c0392b] A Player is being extremely vulgar and disrespective against another player in OOC telling them: Fuck off & Go Kill yourself. What do you do?: [/color]  I would mute the disrespecting player and bring him into a sit.If he has a microphone, I would talk to him and ask why he is harassing. I would also talk to the person who is being harassed and asked what is going on. I would try to solve the situation and if it is not solvable between the two of them; I would give the harasser a mute for an extended period of time(approximately 1-2hours), depending on how rough the harassing was and I would also give him a warning for harassment. If he then continues after he is unmuted I would ban him for 24 hours.[/b]
